12-months Initial Transaction Data History

In conjunction with the latest Yodlee upgrade, which will allow us to provide Open Banking Data (soon), we have also been able to make a significant change such that any Business Account Subscriber may now choose to collect 12-months of transaction data history for any newly linked financial accounts.

The current standard applied to most Business Account Subscribers is 3-months transaction data history. If the 12-months option is switched on, it will apply across all clients within a Business Account – for newly linked financial accounts only (any existing linked accounts will not be affected, or retrieve additional transaction data history).

You can request to have the 12-months transaction data history switched on for your business by contacting support@moneysoft.com.au

Design Improvements – Budget Snapshot Report

A number of design improvements were made to the Budget Snapshot and Net Worth reports.

The Budget Snapshot Report can be accessed by any Cash Flow Pro user via the Dashboard Main View, and is designed to keep clients up-to-date on how they are tracking against their budget throughout the month, in up to six of their key expense categories.

The newly designed report, which is shown below, includes changing the ‘Days Elapsed’ and ‘Total Expenses’ progress bars to doughnut charts, changing the progress colours to green and red, adding an additional expense option and general overall aesthetic design improvements.

Design Improvements – Net Worth Report

Similar to the Budget Snapshot Report, some significant improvements were made to the overall design and look-and-feel of the Net Worth Report.

The redesigned report, which is shown below, includes the addition of month end balances in the Net Worth Graph, a more detailed breakdown of assets and liabilities (as a percentage of net worth) and general improvements to the overall report aesthetic design.

Other Fixes and Enhancements

A list of other fixes and enhancements that have also been included in the latest software release are included below – if you would like more detail on any of these, please get in touch with Moneysoft Support or your Account Manager:

  • Bug: Fixed a minor issue where the balances entered for manual accounts on a selected date, were not always being correctly reported on the correct date in the Account Balance report.
  • Enhancement: Following the upgrade in September 2021 to a new account linking system, the client ‘upgrade status’ shown in the adviser dashboard has been removed. If clients still have to upgrade any financial accounts will still be prompted and can complete the upgrade wizard on login.
  • Performance: Major performance improvements were made to the Budget v Actual Report generation time
